# SchemaDesk

> Customizable CRM and operations platform. Until April 2027 every team of any size gets full Pro features free. From April 2027: Free forever (up to 2 people, 1 workspace) or Pro at 10 EUR per seat per month; founding 5 EUR if you join before April 2027 and start paying by 30 April 2027.

SchemaDesk is not a rigid Contact/Deal clone. Objects, fields, relationships, views, permissions, and automations are configurable. Contacts, companies, deals, and tasks ship as templates on the same engines. Unlimited objects, fields, and records on every plan. Plans differ on seats, workspaces, automations, API, history retention, and support.

Pricing rules (authoritative detail on /pricing):
- Until April 2027: full Pro features free for every team (unlimited people, up to 3 workspaces per person, automations, API keys and webhooks, full history, roles and permissions, priority support).
- From April 2027 Free forever: up to 2 people, 1 workspace, unlimited objects/fields/records, every template, CSV/Excel import, CSV export per list, full customization; no automations, no API, 30-day history.
- Pro: 10 EUR per seat per month; founding 5 EUR for life while subscribed if join before April 2027 and start paying by 30 April 2027. No SchemaDesk yearly price.
- Teams with no plan chosen move automatically to Free forever after 30, 7, and 1 day notices. No data is deleted. Automations and API keys are paused, not deleted; non-kept members stay read-only.
