Until April 2027, every team gets full Pro features free. Unlimited people, up to 3 workspaces per person, automations, API keys and webhooks, full history, roles and permissions, plus unlimited objects, fields, and records.
In April 2027, choose Pro or move to Free forever. Billing starts in April 2027 for everyone, no matter when they joined. Teams with no plan chosen move automatically to Free forever. SchemaDesk sends notices 30, 7, and 1 day before. No data is deleted. From then, Free forever is up to 2 people and 1 workspace (unlimited objects, fields, and records; no automations; no API; 30-day history), and Pro is 10 EUR per seat per month. Anyone who joins before April 2027 can lock 5 EUR per seat per month for life while subscribed, as long as they start paying by 30 April 2027.

- In April 2027, choose Pro or move to Free forever. Billing starts for everyone, regardless of join date.

- From then, Free forever keeps unlimited objects, fields, and records under Free people and workspace caps; Pro (or founding Pro) keeps full Pro features.

Founding price (5 EUR)
Anyone who joins before April 2027 can lock 5 EUR per seat per month for life while subscribed, as long as they start paying by 30 April 2027.
- Who qualifies: accounts that join before April 2027 and begin Pro payment by 30 April 2027.
- Rate: 5 EUR per seat per month instead of the standard Pro 10 EUR.
- For life while subscribed: the founding rate continues only while the subscription stays active.
- If you cancel, the founding rate ends. Rejoining later uses the current Pro price.
- Founding is a Pro seat price. Free forever remains free under Free limits.
What happens if you skip Pro (from April 2027)
Teams that skip Pro, or that make no plan choice by April 2027, move to Free forever.
- No data is ever deleted.
- Automations and API keys are paused, not deleted. They come back when the team upgrades to Pro.
- If the team has more people than Free forever allows, SchemaDesk asks which members stay on Free (up to 2 people). Members who are not kept keep read-only access until the team upgrades.
- Extra workspaces beyond Free forever become read-only until the team upgrades again or exports what they need.
- Free forever keeps unlimited objects, fields, and records within the Free people and workspace caps.
Import, export, and API
- Import: import CSV or Excel into any object. Mapping uses existing custom fields. Import does not create new fields or objects during the import.
- Export: export any list to CSV. Whole-workspace export is coming soon.
- API: API keys and webhooks, with read-only or read-write keys, in Settings (included for every team until April 2027; Pro from April 2027).
Customization
Each person can hide, reorder, and group their sidebar into named sections. Objects can be renamed and given an icon from a set of 30. Home dashboard widgets cover numbers, record lists, and bar, pie, or line charts from any object, with grouping, date ranges, and filters. Widgets can be personal, or pinned for everyone by admins.

Are objects, fields, and records limited on Free?
No. Free forever includes unlimited objects, fields, and records with no fair-use ceiling. From April 2027, Free caps people (2) and workspaces (1), not the data model. Automations and API are included for every team until April 2027; from April 2027 they are on Pro only.
Does Free include automations or API?
Until April 2027, every team gets automations and API with full Pro features free. From April 2027, Free forever does not include automations or API (30-day history instead of full history). Those stay on Pro.
How does 10 EUR (or 5 EUR founding) compare to HubSpot custom objects?
