Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the SchemaDesk website and application.

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SchemaDesk website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

SchemaDesk is a customizable CRM and operations platform. Features may change over time as we improve the product. Some capabilities may be limited while the Service is in beta or invite-only.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Activity that occurs under your account, unless you notify us of unauthorized access promptly.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service. If you use SchemaDesk on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Workspaces and your content

You (or your organization) retain ownership of the data you submit to workspaces, including objects, fields, records, and configuration ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for Customer Content and for making sure you have the rights to store and process it in SchemaDesk. We do not claim ownership of your CRM data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to access another workspace or account without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including probing, scraping at abusive rates, or overloading infrastructure.
  • Upload malware or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law allows it.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by SchemaDesk and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you, other than the limited right to use the Service as described here.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice when needed for maintenance, security, or product direction.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEMADESK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
